Mindful Eating Meditation - BECAUSE YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

While we eat our food, seldom do we experience eating. Mindfulness can help you enjoy a meal and provide easy satiety, thus making you feel happier and lighter. To experience mindful eating meditation, we will be conducting a small mediation on mindful eating where you can come and understand the experience of mindful eating.

We welcome you at Times health and wellness expo on 23rd of April 2017 between 330 to 430 pm

Eventually she took up a course in Diet and Nutrition to gain a better understanding of the subject. She completed her Diploma in Diet and Nutrition Planning in the year 2013 and has been using diet to aid healing ever since.
