Dr. Sankaran’s latest innovation “The eight box method” will be illustrated. The 8 box method is based on the concept of exactness and completeness. It includes all the tools and levels developed so far in a very harmonious way for achieving the most consistent results in practice. This will be illustrated through various cases including Pathological Cases.
The 8-Box tool helps us to qualify and organize the key aspects of a case. These 8 boxes help us to arrange the symptoms into a structured view of the otherwise scattered symptoms.
The 8 boxes can be flexibly tailored according to the information available from the patient. If a patient is not able to give us ample information that fills all of the 8 boxes, we have the flexibility and freedom to drop a few boxes. We must safely rely on the exact and complete symptoms received from the patient, and disregard any of the unclear symptoms.
Essentially, the 8-Box Case Analysis tool allows for the homeopath to clearly map out the patient’s life and symptoms. While each individual box reveals finer and more peculiar symptoms of the case, a glance at the entire table reveals the pattern or the essence of the patient.
