A CASE OF BACKACHE BY DR RAJAN SANKARAN

A patient complaints of backache which reduces his activity because you are not really happy when you have backache. My social outing gets hindered because of this pain.
I am a fun type of guy and I would prefer spending money and I like having fun with my children and friends.
I like spending on shopping, going to the beach.
I don’t like commitments, disciplined life, punctual time arrivals I don’t like this. If I have to go to a meeting it goes on in my mind
I am very fond of eating I can eat anything.
I like chocolates, papad and I crave for fruits which has juices in it. I don’t like guava. I love having lemon water. I like ice-creams.
I like music I like to go out
I have lifestyle problems-diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid
I can’t stop myself from eating chocolates
Stress triggers are very common and I get headache easily
I am a very sensitive person to behavior, body language and I feel dejected and sad and people are being mean to me
Anyone passing a comment or making fun I don’t like it I don’t fight or say anything.
I keep burning inside and with the passage of time it stays in me but for a period of time it stays in me and I can’t get rid of it.
I sweat more in summers and I perspire in the sun otherwise I don’t sweat
As a child I was very playful I never used to study because I never had the academic inclinations and normally I do things at a fast pace
I want to finish things quickly and I get very impatient
