A patient has dust allergy since quite some time.  He is on steroids since a year and he feels feverish in the morning specially. Also, his sugar levels are high since last 2 years. It started since 10-12 years. Along with that there is breathlessness also. He cannot eat sour or cold because immediately after taking this he coughs and it is aggravated from pollution, climate changes, sea food, crabs, curd, climate changes but he feels better in summer

It started from sneezing and then running nose, cough, breathlessness and weakness.

He also said that his father died at an early age when he was in 6^th standard and he was in a bit of stress because of some worries not really financial but he had to take care of his family and he had to become more responsible and he left cricket and attended social functions and people used to give me advice every now and then.
